Our AI automation solutions are designed to enhance productivity and marketing performance. However:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and human oversight is recommended
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexford AI and CoachRoel Consulting LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wexford AI, CoachRoel Consulting LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Wexford AI, you agree to the following:
Wexford AI Notifications
- Business updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and educational resources related to AI automation, marketing strategies, and productivity tools.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call (407) 378-1580.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
